It's been some time now since our last communication and longer since my first query back in March - April. I finished the conservatory about four weeks ago now and I would like to give you a big "Thank You" for your time and patients with the design and after sales help. The conservatory looks amazing and is far better than I could have imagined, the best part is how many smarty points I have earned from the wife, I should now have a full pass for the 2016 motorbike season J.

Hi Kevin, I've now completed all the finishing jobs. For the flooring I went for softness and winter warmth, with a Burberry felt-backed carpet and additional 10mm wool felt underlay. I've wired the electricity, insulated the dwarf wall and fitted the sill and wallboard, plus painting. I've enclosed final photos for the record. I fitted another rainwater pipe the other side of the conservatory to cope with heavy downpours(like we had today!). I found a set of three cane armchairs I really liked for $30 on ebay, but had to hire a van to collect them from 150 miles away...still good value though I think. Hi Kevin,
Yes, I'm very pleased you encouraged me to go ahead with fitting the conservatory. I think it was a very good value and worthwhile addition to the living space of the house and will bring me a lot of pleasure. I was worried about: 1. How on Earth I was going to make the box gutter work against the two not quite parallel sections of house wall, leaving a gap of about 50mm in the middle. 2. How I would deal with one of the walls being rendered at the top where the box gutter was, but not at the base where the back sill would be fixed. 3: How I would go about cutting away part of the wooden fascia to make space for the box gutter, without making a complete hash of it. 4. How to make lead flashing work against what was left of the wooden fascia with no brick joints to insert into. Fortunately Tony was able to sort all that out just thinking and acting on the spot. He certainly is a top rate fitter and also his mate Robert.
I think it is going to be the most used room in the house apart from the kitchen, certainly in the warmer months. I will be able to dine, entertain and sit down to relax in there. The special heatshield polycarbonate roof is working very well and lets very little heat and direct sunlight through. There is still plenty of light from the surrounding glass windows and, being a west facing conservatory, the best time to enjoy the sun is in the early evening before sunset when it trickles through the glass windows and no longer glares. Nothing worse than moving around your chair trying to avoid the heat and glare of the sun. The temperature inside has been about the same as that outside yesterday and today, around 23 C despite plenty of sunshine. It's great that I have been able to sit in there comfortably during the day in the middle of summer, which is not the usual story I hear from others with a conservatory. It's fair to add that the daylight in the adjoining kitchen has been reduced by the light-reflecting roof but I consider that a worthwhile trade-off, and I still have two south facing windows in the kitchen. I'll obviously need to sort some decent heating for the winter, though I recently had a woodburner installed in another room, so will no doubt gravitate to there when it gets cold.

Tony and builders were great and totally removed the old conservatory and brick outhouse before commencing any building work. As you said the brickies arrived and built the base and once this was done my wife couldn't believe how fast the conservatory went up just 3 days for both. My wife loves the new conservatory and now I have a covered area to sort my fishing gear out.
The attention to detail was both refreshing from design to finished conservatory, and I would like to say thanks to you and the diy conservatory quote boys.

As promised, I attach some photos, including one of the old conservatory of blessed memory, plus a couple of pages of thoughts following the epic build. With one minor exception I was able to do the entire build single handed (although I did get my wife to steady the windows and doors while I secured them).
The whole thing looks beautiful. Friends and family are astonished and impressed and wife is delighted.

Just to let you know the conservatory went up with no problems, ( one of the panels had the labels stuck on the inside by mistake, That's what i told my wife anyway ! ) fitted perfectly and looks great thanks for your help.
I have recommended a couple of skeptics your way lol.
I hope i'll get another chance to put one of these up again but not in the rain this time..

I would like to commend the company for the fast and efficient way in which they handled the design and measurements required for my conservatory. It was all planned and expedited within a tight time frame and I was delighted with the outcome. The fitters arrived early, were pleasant to deal with and had it securely installed in one day, they really knew what they were doing! The conservatory is great and we have noticed how insulated it is, it certainly retains more heat from the conservatory central heating than the previous one we removed. The company certainly gets my recommendation! Thank You

To this point the most ambitious job I've taken on is building a garden shed. Initially I was quite daunted by the prospect however the professionalism of you and your team, the quality of the product and comprehensive instructions provided gave me great confidence. My son and I put the conservatory up over a weekend and a couple of dry evenings during our 'summer'. The components fitted together very well and we had no problems provided we followed the instructions. Both the base and the conservatory were accurate and fitted exactly as planned. The only help needed was from an electrician and a plasterer. The cost benefit has been tremendous, compared with quotes I had to put one up it has cost us about a third. Thank you again for everything and be assured I will be passing your details on to anyone interested (there has been much interest).

Just to let you know I've completed my conservatory build with no major problems. Drilling the fixing holes through the metal work was the most troublesome, mainly due to the size of the bit required, otherwise the instructions were clear and everything fitted perfectly.
I had my doubts ordering on the internet but you stood out from other companies mainly due to the questions you asked which helped me make my final decision.

You probably don't remember my conservatory but we had a bit of a struggle getting the details right but eventually got there. Anyway, it's now completely finished and I must say I am "over the moon" with it. It did exactly what it said in the advert. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with it! From the Durabase right up to the finial! Brilliant! Even the 200mm stand-off detail for the roof/wall connection worked a treat. Please pass on my thanks to all concerned the whole thing is excellent!
PS. I did the lot on my own so you can add "one man construction" to your adverts!

I have now erected the conservatory ref Job info supplied.
We are very pleased with the quality. Many Thanks to Luke and Colin for their help in the planning etc
Our garden has a very unusual shape, the drawings went back and forth along with the conversations advice and help.
Unfortunately our situation changed, so we cancelled our order.
We were given a full refund immediately.
Thank you guys so much.... I will certainly recommend you and hope we can order a conservatory and you will deliver when we move to Portugal next year.
